It could work the same for the Finnish Mad Professor pedals as well.

Yes this has been a long ongoing discussion as you might guess .....
The problem is what do you put on the fourth knob?
Some will want treble, some will want mids, compression, impedance etc.....
The outboard solutions like the SBEQ,PHumper, RRB,LRT etc seem to make more sense in the long run ....
I know Ive seen many custom tweek peds over the years that were later requested to be put back to standard so they could be resold or circumstances had changed etc....
Might be interesting to have a poll or discussion about 'If you could add one knob to each of the standard models -what would it be?'

I think I will sell a spare amp to have $$$ on hand for a custom box bearfoot. I am holding out for a certain green pedal...

PPF with a Voltage Sag knob -- no explaination required here
EGDM and MH(vT) with their respective trimmers on the outside.
Or if you want to really do something awesome -- having a compression knob on the EGDM would be epic.
SYODv2 with a "Bite/Sharpness" knob to dial it in between the smoother distortion characteristics of the SYODv2 and the bright cutting distortion tones of the SYODv1.
Question.... should this topic be its own thread?
