can we do a NEW project like the folk fuzz build?

Postby Bobby D » Sat Nov 01, 2008 4:50 pm

maybe something as simple as a booster or something like that?

I want to give it a try, and was late to the party for the folk fuzz.

and i would TOTALLY love a donnerbox enclosure to house it 8)

booster? overdrive? another fuzz? compressor?

let's do another build sometime soon.....

Hi,

Yes working on it. Allthough that does not mean that those still building folk fuzzes will be left in the dark without support.

Surely there can be more fun had in this section and something is cooking ;)

Have fun

Hi,

Heavy workload and both my daughter's birthdays in a row and I am about 2/3rds through suggestion to something J Fromel suggested and that does look good. I know John has a lot to do too so it may yet take a while but much more fun ahead.

Hey, Slim, warm up that iron and thanks

Have fun

Glad to hear things are progressing in this area. The FF build was a treat to say the least.
Power Chords don't contain a third, so the maj&min qualities are not present. Heavy distortion adds harmonic content, and only perfect intervals have enough consonance to be clearly articulated at high distortion levels_DFunk
