Hey guys,

Just thought I'd introduce myself.

I currently don't own any BJF pedals at the moment. I did have an EGD for about a year, and I liked it a lot, unforunately unexpected school fees came up and I had to sell it.

Now that I graduated (finally), I'm looking to pick up a new EGD and a HB to go with it...and eventually pickup some other pedals after that!

I didn't realize how amp-like and the EGD was until I let it go and started using another pedal. It's definately an easy way to add multiple channels to a single channel amp. It definately melted in a great way with my Tophat CR and Tele.

Anyways, I'll stop being a chatter box :)

Welcome - you'll also find the Honey Bee good for adding another channel, good choice. Still mean to get an EGDM myself someday.

Thanks guys,

The EGD was defnately "why did I sell?" peices of equipment along with the strat and AC15 I had. What interests me about the honey bee from the clips I've heard is how amp like and responsive it is.

I think they would add the tones I'm looking for and the darker and thicker character of the HB would compliment the EGD's Vox on steroids character.

right and the EGDM into t he HB is a great matchup for anything from Mike Campbell to SRV to Alt country.... thats part of t he value in them is once youve mastered one you can mix them all into your own stew and find your own true sound - anchovy pineapple pizza works in BJF land :D

Oh man, those sounds are right up my alley way, especially The Campbell and Alt country parts...not knocking SRV in anyway though.

I'm looking foward to getting the EGDM back in the saddle and trying out the HB...and after reading up on the RRB, and talking with Jkoeth here and there...it seems like that would be my #3...
