about 15 years ago I was trying to get down to one electric guitar ...

thats a Martin acoustic bridge and its drilled thru like a Tele and has a EMG piezo under the saddle - this was before the electric acoustic craze of the mid 90s

it was also before Dano was relaunched

I would love to see you swirl a strat body......the DONNERSTRAT!!!!

and then build a Red Rooster Booster inside it, like the old Alembic Stratoblaster (used to love those)

dreaming is fun.... 8)

at the risk of beign laughed at (which has never been a problem for me!!!)

the year was 1986.

i had long hair, tight pants, and a rock n roll band.

custom strat built for me by Bill Edwards (of the "finger-tite nut" and the CAGED system Bill Edwards Fretboard Logic series)

truly an ugly guitar.

as you can see, i am EXPERIENCED 8)

Actually i started painting guitars in the 90s and then moved over to pedal box about 2001 .... you can see some ofthis in my boxes - the white stripe on the CS boxes is like gibson binding and when I started on boxes and was looking ofr a unique look I started trying to makethem look like chunks of guitars

the Edwards "Finger-tite" locking nut -- that story is a SAGA of how to get ripped off in the M.I. business.

Bill has done very well since then, but it STILL pissed off at how he got the shaft from Kahler, Floyd, Kramer, etc....
