Well, the contest says "Whats the best/worst cliff hanger you've ever seen on a show ???". However, Donner has already stated "but after I really thought about it yup 'Who shot JR' is the definitive TV Cliff Hanger'. Therefore, I figured that the "best" one had already been resolved by Donner. I mean, there can't be two "bests"... -)

oh well yes Dallas was the best cliff hanger.... but the resolution was actually pretty lame and disappointing to many

Also the secretary of state at the time was named DEAN RUSK!
Any relation :?:

Yes Dean Rusk, very interesting guy, he was my grandfathers cousin, tho I never met him

the closest I ever got to that whole mess was one night I was playing pool in a biker bar waiting for the band to start and I broke a little too hard and the white ball went flying and clocked this biker chick in the eye and her old man was uh not happy , this incident I now refer to as the 'Cueball Missle Crisis'

The latest "news worthy" cliff hanger concerns the recent Doctor Who episode. Not only do fans have to find out what happens in the story line but they also have to find out whether the current Doctor becomes a new Doctor (as a result of the current actor leaving the show). This is always very big news in the Doctor Who world, or universe...
