Cliff Hanger Distortion review?

was anything else ever said about that custom shop cliff hanger pedal that was sold a while back? I had been looking forward to hearing about it.

so far i've only run it through the little Swart STR 
to much gain for that little amp,lots in this box,it seems.going through a Vox AC30HW,Marshall 1974X & Swart SST soon!

cool, I was wondering the same myself....
Yes lots of gain potential - if y'all didnt get the visual pun a cliff is basically a 'wall of rock ' and it has a wide variety of distortion intensities - but yeah it might overrun a little guy
... looking forward to hearing how it works with the other amp/speaker combos...

Oh I forgot about this...
I made this vid to test various mic positions and show how much simply changing mic position can effect the recorded sound.... , its sloppy but the distortion is the Cliff Hanger

thanks -- yeah it amazing what you can do just moving t he mic.... especially double trackingfrom too different spots
or try running two mics to your PA split a bit left/right can sound huge (being able t o flip the phase is important here too...)

Thanks for another great demonstration.
I saw a write up recently on TGP where a guy asked about replacing his mic and this and that to get a better sound. A couple of senior members rolled in and told him to keep his stuff, move the mic around, and mark the spots on the grill cloth (with non-stick tape) where it sounded the sweetest. I now see why. I'd certainly like to try that two mic set up.
Nice playing, too, by the way and nice pedal!!
