New gear just in!
Mad Professor Simble OD, cool Dumble style overdrive that can go from clean boost to distortion and with variable pick attack.

Is this Bjorn Designed ????????
Why no Mad Professor Logo ?????

Hi,

Oh it's not really an MP pedal but Mad Professor Ltd manufacturers the Simble and markets it.
It can not have a Mad Professor logo because per definition and also on FAQ all MP products are designed by yours truely :bjorn .
The BJF design was dropped on MP products because it was implicit that BJF electronics designed them.

So the Simble has its own webbsite:
http://www.simbletone.com/

Personally I have declined working on things Dumble per principal and I also have nothing to do with this product.

MP Amplification has told that they no longer work with a personal cult but that they are a company.

My personal view is that the Simble relates to Mad Professor Ltd something like Alfonso Hermida relates to Lovepedal.

I did play the Simble at NAMM and thought it was a nice pedal capturing a sound many might wish to have. :music

"What It Is " Steven Bruton :whistle

Have fun
