Ah... the Binson... yes, that is what I'm talking about, a kind of size and presence that can be missing from a lot of delays. My all-time favorite delay pedal was based off the Binson and just had this huge sound to it. In the end the pedal started to sell for more than my best guitar so I sold it and bought a better guitar :D , but it still leaves me wondering when I will recapture that magic.

Also, the way "Your name goes here" describes the organic and warm nature of the Echoverb is very encouraging.

Due to too much going on in life, I have not been playing with other musicians for a good bit now. I'm mostly relegated to home. As a living room player, my ear has the chance to be more critical and obsessive and also makes me really appreciate a good delay. I look forward to learning more about this pedal.

Yep, the binson really covers that 'wow factor' for the player and the listener  However it is a big, heavy and precious unit, more suited to studios or the very occasional gig these days.. The pedal formats of it that I have tried have been very good too but... hmm... I think there is still the tonal issue there.. strings and wood right? Anyway, I will try to get a binson clip up with a honey bee when I am back home again.. delicious tones! Of course getting that delicious 'wow' into a unit that fits on a modest pedal board is a really, really attractive proposition!

Hawaii, I can only guess at what you sold as there are some amazing delays out there and I have seen some of your board photos. You must have traded up to an awesome guitar!

What intrigues me about the echoverb is just that.. echo & verb... with detail! Truly a board finisher! I am a typical delay nut and was doing some comparisons between moog SD, Z and M analog delays not long ago.. (all awesome but the SD was my pick) and using a eventide timefactor to see how close I could get. Pretty impressive actually but of course with the other units in the room you are challenging your senses a little. I tried the Tech 21 delay and reverb boost pedals too... really really nice.. and tempting but... hmm, I had even been considering sending off my beloved DD2 to be TESified but now I think there is a better path to follow

So, I understand that the research has been going on for a while with this one, but any chance of getting in on it? I am sure there are many interested volunteers over here

From snow & slush to slush & snow right Björn?

Seriously though, the things you guys are doing are just wonderful.. Quality products that are fine tweaked and finely tweaked again to do what you really want them to.. and sound good too! Keep up the good work!

Donner, any word on the interest for a stereo pedal?

Good to hear it will be stereo. Is mono summing still on the table?

No ping-pong?

Will the echo-verb be the traditional size or something larger?

A new fuzz? Need a test pilot? :music
