Hi,

I don't believe you purchased a kit, however, if you are looking for a replacement backplate to fit a BJFe or Bearfoot pedal I believe either of these could work...

I just wanted to give props to Cliff. For those who don't know, putting these together took A LOT of work and may have actually ended up being a bust $ wise for Cliff. I wish I had the time to join in on the fun. But for now, I call for all who read this to raise their glasses to a really cool and selfless guy, Cheers Cliff!

Kits are on their way out

And thanks for all the kind words, guys! It certainly was a bit more of an undertaking than I expected but I am glad to provide folks with the opportunity to build a pedal of their own so they can gain a little more appreciation for the whole process.

I know I learned a great deal helping out with this so one of these days (soon) I'll make a long post summarizing the process so folks can see how much work really can go into developing and selling a pedal. I always hear people complain that "it's only $20 in parts", blah blah blah, how can they charge so much? Well, as Donnel said, I didn't make a dime from this project... so the final price point is quite telling for what quality parts for a pedal really cost. When you also consider the time put in, I think it's pretty clear that most of these pedal builders are underpaid. My guess is that, for them, it is truly a labor of love.
