Just got mine in the mail today! There were paint chips at the bottom of the pedal though, is this normal for brand new BJFE pedals? I've never bought them brand new before so I wouldn't know haha! Anyone has any idea?

The paint is kinda fragile even after the switch from nitro. Most of any paint that has flaked off of mine was either around the screws when the were removed to change a battery or along the edge where the bottom plate met the rest of the case. I've only had a very small amount ever flake off though. I don't want to make it sound like some huge deal or an epidemic.
