Best BJFE for Fender Blackface

Just wondering why do suggest the beest and red hot?

Yea if I could afford 2 to 3 from the bjfe line used and one or two from bearfoot and that is what I plan on doing

The BJFe I can suggest the most to start with would be the SBEQ. Goes with damn near anything and makes everything else sound better. It is no simple EQ pedal or booster but a magic box!

I started with the Bearfoot hbod and drd. Bearfoot is the gateway drug to BJFe and quite excellent but it is worth the extra scratch for the BJFe goodness. I'm looking for a DRD and a EGDM (and one more special box from Bjorn but I'm not here to talk about that;)) and then I'll be pretty set. I'm not in a hurry either which is nice. I keep being tempted by the BF Pale Glow Compressor. I'll have to ask Donner if I can order one actually labeled as a Pale Glow instead of a Pale Green, that would push me over the edge into picking one up.
