But with three or four knobs?

And we can't rule out Donner throwing us a green coloured curve ball. :)

Everything's been good so far. I do think it's time for a classic BJFE fuzz to make its way to the Bearfoot line.

Green Apple Fuzz?

Nah -- green paint + gold writing = EGDM

I'd bet it's a 4-knobber. If not I would put money on a 4-knobber surfacing at some point.

I owned an EGDM for a few years & while an outstanding pedal, I never saw much use for it in low gain situations.

It soared in medium to higher gain scenarios... like a cranked Vox tone.

The EGDM would make a great Bearfoot release, but I don't know why Donner purposely puts out confusingly vague info about upcoming BF releases.

Guess he enjoys building mystique & maybe I'm the only one that doesn't enjoy the game.

OH SNAP!

EGDM? I just got on the custom-sounds list for one...

Green Apple Fuzz would be cool, or a "Mossy Green Fuzz"

I think it's something rather different than the EGDM but equally wonderful.

It would be, but I'm telling you guys, that doesn't sound like Donner to give away such an obvious clue... at least not this past year. I think the EGDM is a lost leader.

Agreed. The 4-knob EGDM would be great, but I can't imagine that's what this clue is genuinely suggesting. Of course, maybe Don anticipated us reading too much into it and gave a glaringly obvious clue to throw us off.....

Come to think of it, if it were a SBEQ, for example, he could have color-shifted the photo toward yellow. That would make the blue look green and the white letters look yellow, and make all of us start going bonkers trying to figure out what pedal is getting released. Maybe I'm way off, but I'm thinking more along those lines than it actually being an EGDM.
