LPOD dilemma

I just got the LPOD from curehardy today, but now I'm faced with quite the dilemma. I absolutely love this pedal, and its exactly whats been missing from my rig. However, last night I got a flat tire...took my car in and found out they won't just replace just one tire because of how worn down they all are(hardly any tread left on any of them and its apparently not safe to have on the road). Also unfortunately, the tires that go on my car are relatively expensive. It's either gonna be selling this piece of gear or possibly selling a guitar. I'm almost leaning towards selling one of my guitars as several of them I can still purchase later on as they're still in production. I just don't want to have to part with this pedal. Suppose I'm just blowing off steam or thinking out loud.

That really sucks.I realy mean it as well.As you know I was kinda gassing big time over this one.I'm not posting this while rubbing my hands together thinking of the possibilities in vulture form but if a guitar isnt on the chopping block,you know I can help.
That said what do you think to the pedal?
How does it fit in relation to a DR and a EGDM?

I think you've already answered your own question: sell one of the guitars that you can easily replace and keep the one of a kind BJF!!!

It's basically everything I liked about my old emerald green, and nothing that I didn't. I think its voiced kind of similarly too it. I almost found the emerald green to be too thick and bassy, as well as too loose sounding. This pedal fixes all those problems. I don't think it really compares to well with the dyna red, but I'd say its kind of similar to the emerald green(to me at least). Sounds great for rhythm and lead sounds. I'm currently trying to work on an alternate solution, as I'd like to keep my guitars and this pedal. I absolutely love it, and its what I've been wanting to add to my rig for a long time sound wise.

Yep,
I was under the impression that it was a good mate to the EGDM.
The description is just about what I was expecting.
I run a Hayseed 30 with ef 86 /boost channel jumpered.
I was thinking of running SYOD/LPOD into the ef86 channel
EGDM into boost channel to an AB then RRB back to guitar.
I gotta get on a list,yeah?

Yeah it also works in the mids section - specifically a different and complimentary midrange for the DRD/Marshall sound ---- its cool because it punches thru more without really getting louder because of the carefully chosen mid push...

And yeah its kind of an OD version of the EG Distortion too it will sit nicely next to either.....
