Wow, meanwhile, the Sea Blue Comp doesn't get a bid (albeit with a high starting bid). It's amazing how prices/demand can fluctuate so rapidly.

Glad I got mine for < $300! Gave me -- apparently -- an extra $178 for other goodies.

Yes time is catching up on bjfe stuff and there's not a whole lot of them to go around. Could get ugly for trying to score good deals. Most sbeq's I've seen seem to have gone around $375'ish.

yeah its like I said when BearFoot launched ~ dont go dumping your BJFes, there are lots of people that dont post on boards that still want them and they should hold there value for the most part and the people that want stuff from BJ still want it and as supply goes down and demand remains or even increases , prices may actually go up......

.....and there still the best sounding pedals on the planet

Yes. With all the discussion of trending, I consider the comparison between the trend to sell versus the trend to buy. It seems the predominant trend to be that of selling. One proud owner sees one of their pedal-types sell (by another owner) for a good price on eBay or TGP and they jump on the 'wagon. The buyers are left to respond to the purchase options available to them.

This reminds me: I am so thankful for Bjorn's curiosity and design skills.

Well done to the seller, then!

I love my SBEQ, but not sure I would have paid $450+ for it.

What's the best $450 you have ever spent on music equipment?

Weird story about my SBEQ, which I've had for about one and a half years:.... I was calling all the US BJFE dealers I could find online, looking for any BJFE pedal. Naturally, everyone was back ordered on all pedals. Then, I found a place that said they carried MP pedals(didn't see any BJFE on the website) so I called them looking for an MP pedal I didn't have at the time. The guy answers the phone and says " we're out of the MP pedals. All I got is one BJFE Sea Blue EQ".... Holy cow!!! I'll take it!! I think I paid around $250 but it was brand new. I call MP dealers regularly ever since, no luck though.
