So Slim, we gottsta know. How was it in person and how does it compare to the BJFE? (not that I have played a CH)

I am really POed :protest at the NAMM coverage by media such as Premier Guitar who have totally ignored the smaller and more innovative small manufacturer. Fender has money to send me an email and let me know which variation of stratocaster is coming out this year, but people like Mad Professor, LsL and Strymon get no exposure! :banghead

lol.....i FEEL you......that's why i usually pay attention to the smaller builders and new products that often get overlooked by the mainstream music press.

the Stone Grey compared VERY well to the Cliffhanger II.

Bjorn told me that many times, when he is designing the pedals for the MP line, he will update or upgrade certain parts of the circuit to make the pedal even better than the original BJFe pedal :pedallove

i was really impressed with the Stone Grey. i like it as much as the Dyna Red, but for different reasons.

if the Dyna Red is a hotrodded Marshall, the Stone Grey is like a Soldano or Bogner Ecstacy...high gain with high headroom!

the pedal ROCKS for sure. i loved the CH II a lot, and was REALLY happy to see the Stone Grey -- this pedal will be a "gateway" pedal for many younger players into the MP line!

Mr D, estimated street price & arrival date for said pedal?

I need more dirt like I need more holes in the head (please dont ask  ). I did sell my last two delay pedals and have a positive cash flow for once! Although Strymon has something coming in April to change that.
