No there are no Mad Professor pedals that have this sound. Its a fairly unique fuzz sound. You can look up snow white fuzz on youtube for a demo or two. Its not the exact same pedal but it will give you a general idea. The ALF is much more refined in sound than the first Snow Whites where.

I have an ALF as well. It certainly sounds great and I used it on my last album with great results.

To those thinking about buying this pedal it is one of the better stackers. Due to its neutral EQ it will enhance the tone of your drive pedal and give you loads of smooth sustain. I put near the end of my chain and push it with various drive pedals with excellent results. On its own it is a great medium fuzz that is smooth and holds together with complex chords.

One day price drop bump- just because - $500 paypal fees paid by buyer. Also, trade options - other BJFE or something cool? This is such a great pedal, if I didn't have another option that I really love, it wouldn't be going anywhere. I agree with Mike, that it works very well as a drive "smoother."
