pedal order ?

Postby fugot » Fri Sep 28, 2007 9:04 pm

Just say I wanted to put All 19 of these pedals on one pumaboard, how would you order them?? (don't ask why-just humour me) Here is my order right now,

Row 1
lovepedal delux
PPF
NOC 3 puredrive
timmy
honey bee
model r
DRD
row 2
Landgraff MOD
lovepedal Eternity
fetto deluxe
MP LGW
(MP fuzz)
(mp od)
row 3
MGMv
PGC
(mp trem)
(mp phaser)
(antelope effects envelope filter --when Brian builds it)
mp delay

these already all fit (tightly) on my pumaboard, and yes, you can attach 3 power supplies underneath a 26" pumaboard.

thanks for any input. peace mike

well
Filter first for tracking
then comp
then modulations
or maybe fuzzes

and delay last tho I really like the BPB last as it just makes whatever louder into the amp which solves problems itself without have t o touch volume knobs .... and it has a nice buffer and it looks like you have all True Bypass pedals - get at least one good buffer in there ...

drive order will depend mostly on if you are stacking anything

thats a good start and keep experimenting ...

This is a board I do comparisons on and many of the videos...

What I often do is keep the top row for the ones that stay ...

Compression and modulation to the right

then down to distortions then up to

Delay Reverb and boost to the left

or here

Image

goes into the VCF Wah on the right
upto the PGC,Folk Phaser,WoodenTrem,
down to 3BOD
To distortion row that changes daily, hourly
backup to SBEQ,Delay,Reverb,BPB
to amp selector ~~~

the upper row stays pretty much that way (MGMV subs)
the lower row is more accessible and changes regularly

Hey Donner! Nice! What is the Sunburst Fuzz? What's the blue pedal with the white binding? Thanks!

Donnor, Thanks....I am thinking about the buffer already, but in a way I want to see if I really need one first. I guess I could find a LRt (oh wait).

Here is a question for anyone
1) why do you like compression before OD's? or why not?

Donnor, is that a silverboxed tim pedal on middle shelf in picture, with an extra toggle on top for different gain structures? very cool if yes!

peace all

The Sunburst fuzz is a Customshop version of what will be the MP Fire Red Fuzz...

Blue with white stripe is a pre customshop SBEQ....
