Hey Donner/David, could we get a similar link going on here for BJF listings where forum members can instantly check on any model they are searching for, like this for example?

That way, it will reduce any unnecessary clutter/post happiness on the B&S forum, so that it will be better for ALL forum members when listing their own pedals for sale, or for pedals they may be looking for.

Well, ah, this Info: What Pedals are Available and Where Can I Buy Them? thread has actually been running for about a year, maybe more The eBay link is pretty cool and the links to the dealers shows current stock information. Actually something else I wrote at the time was a code that enables embedding of eBay sales directly in a post!!! The BJFE Forum has had that for over a year but I have not seen anyone use it yet... Here is an example. just click on it for more information.



The code is pretty easy, it is just the ebayitems code with the eBay item number as follows.

So, yes, the forum indeed has a LOT of very cool things people can do

Haven't used that but it certainly can be useful. I actually always have an RSS feed going on ebay for BJF's

I hope this Tech Note: BBCodes Supported By The BJFE Forum helps. I will try and keep it up to date with BBCodes are they are made public. There are a few formatting ones but I am saving those for special forum-based messages in case we want to say something that stands out from the rest. If anyone ever needs any special features added to the forum just let me know and I will see if I can develop code for them..
