I picked up Newark Wilder's Asteroid Chorus a couple months back and I've been liking it as well. I love how the vibrato and the chorus side are so well matched and how well it holds up with more extreme settings! Plus i'm a sucker for hand painted pedals, what can I say

Just to chime in on the EGDM with trim pot properly tuned for individual rig and run at "REGULATED" 18 volts. Stellar. This pedal has a w-i-d-e range of boost/drive/distortion tones and interactivity of the controls. BIG, bright(but never harsh) very symmetric driving clip all the way. Truly amazing.

I was messing with my EGDM yesterday trying to get the different tones from Rory Gallagher's first album. I got it pretty darn close and ended up moving the Voice knob past 10 o'clock to around noon to 2 pm and it was right there into my 5e3 tweed deluxe. I need to pull out my Red Rooster (by D*A*M) and hit the front end a bit to take it over the top! My only dilemma is I have a "volume kit" on my guitars (you dont lose treble when turning down the volume) and I get too many highs when I turn down the volume verses Rory's guitar which didnt have that feature, so it is hard to have the Booster on all the time. I did find the SHOD can do a pretty good job of faking the Treble Booster sound.

Just when you think you know a pedal....

As to the OP I have only sold one BJFe and it was the PGC because I just dont get compressors. I just cant imagine selling any of the others unless we were about to lose the house or car.

Just to be contrary, I'd list the PGC as one of my BJF "peaks" , along with PPF. They're both pretty unique in my experience. The PGC is on much of the time - one of those "don't notice it's there 'til you turn it off" pedals. The PPF is, for me, a nearly perfect and quite versatile dirtbox. And, not to forget, the SHOD. Of course the highest "peak" for me would be the synergy these pedals all seem to have when stacked.

"Valleys": well there really aren't any. I'm probably less enamored of the DRD and HB than most of you; but that's not a criticism, I just don't find them as useful for my sound and style.

Oh lets see... the one I think will always be on my board (subject to change on a regular basis of course ) .... right now I gotta say the DRD is my desert island. While I can easily justify having any/all of my current ones on the board for a gig, this one is the one I dont really see myself pulling.

I think of all the drives I own from BJFE--- HBOD, DRD, EGDM, MH... the DRD has the widest range in gain. With the exception of the EGDM.. they *all* clean up very well with the guitar volume... but the DRD has the most raw sounding higher gain sound available than the others. I can set and forget with this pedal-- avoid tapdancing... and just vary my tones from the guitar. If I had to have only one, this would cover the most ground for me.

So far I havent gotten rid of any - except the MH- and I ended up buying it again as I suspected I would the day I dropped it at the post office. Live and learn. As thesjkexperience said--- aside from major financial problems I dont see getting rid of any -- unless perhaps to fund other BJFEs on my wish list.
