Now I am totally hooked on BJFe
LOL! While I'm trying to make my board smaller yours is heading to where I came from
and ended up needing 2 boards!!!
It's a great insight into some of Donners creativity too e.g. the tour box which Mr. Juhl acknowledges.
If you watch the sections with Zachary Vex you'll see Fatback in the background emerging from the tent
(which seems to fit in with Zachzry Vex's fishing hat thing). He did the Model H clip complete with
PeteTownshend windmill spin.
I was amazed given the audience and subject matter at the fact that the actual pedal demos didn't
really do great justice to the sounds (imo).
They seemed more interested in showing a colourful range of footwear
of the guy who was demonstrating the pedals-
from blue suedes through to riding boots!!! (More shoes than Imelda Marcos!!!!!)
It was nice to put a face to so many people we know the pedal or brand name of.....
You just gotta love the scene where Bjorn is explaining his excitement about the Sex Pistols, the sound and feeling of rock
to a young girl that gets to wear the Les Paul and is given an insight into the spirit and feeling of creating a statement
from the point of view of the artist.
Nice to hear Eva articulate her ideas/ vision about the art work and the portraits I had only seen posted.
Who would have thought the feedback of the players was so integral to what BJF extracts from their heads to put into the pedals.
That's a true testimony to what the BJF philosophy and approach to life is.
If you watch it, you'll be guaranteed to "Have Fun".
