Hmm i'm pretty sure those tubes are just a photoshop mock up to show that its a Gibson GA-40 in a box. Not really inside the pedal :) I'm sure it sounds just divine. All of BJs work is the bomb and he's only getting better and better.

I was such a doof thinking Bjorn had put light bulbs in the pedal to get sag! I had seen the Swart Night Light attenuator and thought maybe Bjorn was doing fun things with bulbs as well lol.

Well, never fear, I'd imagine the resale market will yield some sooner or later. They probably won't be cheap when they surface, though; more than the recent $900+ MR and SWF sales, I'd guess.

oh ok....we're goin down that road again :( i'd rather buy an amp for that kind of money....and stick to the glorious HB

Oh come on,.. a great pedal is a great pedal. At ~900$ (no one knows what it'll sell for) it may be expensive but it may be the greatest most versatile overdrive made on earth. Imagine that Bjorn made the BBOD in 2000 and the Honey Bee in 2002. This is his take on an overdrive 8 years later !!!! I can only imagine how versatile and refined this overdrive will be and I for one am anxiously awaiting some feedback and clips. But yeah, 10 years of experience in building overdrives probably goes a long way and I will bet that its one of the greatest!
