I might tell a few things about the Renegades years later and yes really that was a band that was heavier live than in studio hehehe
I was initially hired to play lead guitar with them in 1984 and remained and until 1991.

In 1994

Nice intro and feedback at the start of "Fake a Smile".

Kind of a punk reminder of John Lennon's feedback at the start of "I Feel Fine."

I'm guessing that what Geroge Martin was trying to contain in John Lennon's feedback,
Bjorn took to the next level to unleash for the Bradshaws!

Lulled into a false sense of security by the gentle (even had shades of the Smiths Johhny Marr ),
a shimmer- a promising pause..................
a feedback phoenix rising from the ashes,
an erupting sustain summoning the attack,
then a full on assault when the whole band chimes in.

Punk Poetry to me.

It's Only Rock and Roll but I like it! :D

Us mere mortal English teachers of poetry crave our immortality too (paraphrased from the Aussie film "Breaker Morant").

But yeah...it was a moment when I wished I wrote for Rolling Stone :D
