Finally got my PGC and SBEQ- Need some help

Postby supersonic1414 » Mon Nov 30, 2009 8:57 pm

Well, it is actually the Tea Green EQ :P

I am hoping some of you can help me with the settings and where they go best in a chain...I run a couple of fuzzes, a wah, couple of OD's, my chorus, flange, phase, boost, delays, etc...Where do these go and any tips on using them!!!

Cheers

Depends on what you want from them......

you can use the SBEQ as a 'universal liason' between your board and your amp

or something more targeted like just after your drives and into your delay/modulation section, or even infront of it all to match your guitar to your board......

the classic starting point would be

PGC in front - level and EQ adjusted to be the same in or out (so you are just adding compression )

and the SBEQ at the End to match your Board and Amp

experiment tho - there are no ' right' answers 8)
