Slim, tried to push it hard with the Les Paul, and you were right! Lots of crazy stuff happened, redicilously cool! :D

hahahaha....i noticed the "edges" of this region, and asked Bjorn about it. he said he did that on purpose, so that one could be playing elegantly and refined, and yet occasionally let some "craziness" slip out.

last nite i did one of the worst gigs of my entire career. posh country club, full of people in their 80s and 90s. they obviously mis-booked my band.

i had a request for some "big band music". but we are a three piece, guitar bass and drum. and i play ROCK.

i played CLEAN the whole nite.....PGC and a little DBD only......

finally, last song, i turned on SNOW WHITE FUZZ and let go a BLAST of sonic FURY that must have melted their hearing aids. they left en masse. was the perfect end to a horrible show

and after THAT gig....i think i'm going back to key west fulltime. at least down there i work regularly, and no one asks for "big band music" 8)

other than the requests for jimmy buffett, i get along with key west pretty well. they like ROCK.

Yeah, the fuzz grows on me every second. That was a VERY cool feature! Björn is a brilliant man, that's for sure...

Haha, I know the feeling. I have had similar gigs, and I used to do like you did, something really wrong at the end of the show. But now I haven't had gigs with electric guitar for... Years... :? Don't reall know why, noone asks me anymore. The few gigs I've had the last years have been playing lapsteel and acoustic guitars. Some mandolin and banjo too, I think... Gotta do something about it fast, my fingers are itching...

Key West sounds like a nice place to gig! 8)

Jimmy Buffett... hehe... They made fun of him in an episode of South Park, "Tonsil Trouble" I think. He couldn't have been too happy about it, if he saw it...
