cabo,
Where did you sign up for these updates? I want some!

Noel Grassy.
Power Chords don't contain a third, so the maj&min qualities are not present. Heavy distortion adds harmonic content, and only perfect intervals have enough consonance to be clearly articulated at high distortion levels_DFunk

Thanks, I appreciate your help cabo.

Did you get a Rocket Ride? It's certainly a different look for Bjorn's pedals.
It seems very usefull but I'd like to hear some reports.

hey NG,,missed your quetion earlier... I did get the Rocketride Chorus, DS1 and SD1. Chorus sounds great and is on board, and actually find more use for it than i first thought,,,, although I havent used the Vibrato side much,

the DS-1 is alot of fun, brings back some classic sounds..
still figuring out the ideal situation for the SD1 as I cant quite bond with that one.

I do like the Gunnar paint job on the chorus, certain style I havent seen on a pedal yet.

and no RR wah yet, but I believe it is supposed to be a clean, quacky , big midrange, more standard voiced funk wah.
which would happen to compliment my bjf wah which has a huge sweep, is more filterish voiced, and is well suited for use with distortion.

looking forward to hearing and playing the RR wah,,maybe it will give my SupaQ and A51 some competition. hopefully Sebastain will have some clips for us soon. :)

cheers,
cabo

My RR wah shipped last week so I'm hoping I get it this week.
It's going to be interesting to see how Bjorn voices this compared to the wahs I
already have. They're each a bit different and for that I'm planning to keep them.
To wit: 1970s Cry Baby{stack O'dimes}, 1970s Maestro Boomerang, Teese Picture wah,
twGL wah{My build with carbon comp resistors, tropical fish, Whipple's L, TBP, trim pots on
anything worth adjusting, in a Boomerang/DeArmond pedal housing}.

cabo, Had the list closed or production ceased when you attempted to order one of these?
That sucks as I can see a definite pattern developing in your latest collection.
Have you gotten on the delay list? I don't know how many ms it's going to have or any
details for that matter.

WOW!!!!

i think Bjorn and Sebastian have really come up with something FUNKY!

this, to my ears, sounds a lot like the vintage clyde mccoy JIMI kind of wah -- very nice and "quacky", but never gets harsh or shrill on top end.

i like the housing a LOT as well....it's maybe 1/3rd lighter than many wahs.

uploading a little demo now, played it clean, and with SHOD and SWF.

VERY funky wah........REALLY nice "quack"......and very musical and smooth, yet with ATTITUDE!
