ok... gotta redo the demo--camera compression made things waaaaay too trebly and clicky... sounds totally different than it did to my ears when i was doing it. but i'm gonna get on that right now, will still be up tonight.

Ok! Finally! Here we go. Thanks for your patience everybody.

If you've ever watched one of my demos you probably know i'm way too chatty and this one isn't much different... so skip ahead a few mins into it if you just want to get straight to the pedal. the intro just shows you what i'm using for reference basically, and is mostly all BJFE related but I figured I'd let you know! :D

Thanks Mike. Sounds goooood. How would you compare it to the Lush and the mini vibe?

Thanks

Sean

Thanks!!

Well, I think you're talking 3 branches of the same tree so to speak, but there is certainly room for all of them. I was playing with all 3 on for a while last night and it was great. The Asteroids seems to sit back in the mix of your signal enough not to overpower the minivibe, but to enhance it, and while I did roll the depth back on them both a bit (like I usually do) they got along very nicely and seemed complimentary. And both sound amazing through the Lush as well. I actually got the very BEST Leslie style sounds by using the vibrato side of the Asteroids into the Lush. Quite the trio!! Add in the TOP too and you've got all sorts of ooey-gooey swirly goodness and lots of ways to get the Leslie sound. I know I said this over and over in the vid but I seriously can't get over just how good the Asteroids sounds at those really high speeds. Thats what puts it a step above every other standard chorus I've used. Since the Lush is another kind of chorus altogether I'm not counting it--but again they go extremely well together and just sounds beautiful and not the least bit "cheesy" or whatever like some chorus does. all in all its a HUGE win!

took me no time at all to decide to sell my Rotosphere because of it all! Actually traded it for a brand new King of Tone so I'll have a fun new OD to play with soon too

wow....i mean WOW...that vibrato almost gets that "Boards of Canada" slow, lilting pitch vibrato thing going.

and the chorus sounds amazing......

i think that pedal is a winner for sure.......VERY nicely done!
