Anybody out there experienced with old rack effects?

Postby hawaii121 » Tue Dec 02, 2014 6:34 pm

I just picked up a lexicon pcm80 and have some very newbie questions. I wondered if anybody over here would be willing to do some Q & A with me on this?

Nice unit

I am guessing you already have this? http://allstarsystems.net/manuals/PCM80 ... e_Rev1.pdf

Not sure if I can help, but what do you want to know?

lol... thanks! Turns out the problem I was having was not me, but the unit... it was broken during shipping. I have since replaced it with a functioning pcm81 and it is :notworthy awesome.

I've never played around with rack gear before... what an amazing experience playing around with this. The reverb alone is worth every penny, instant stadium or concert hall sound to your rig.

I love the old rack gear, especially lexicon and eventide stuff. Get yourself a PCM42 rack delay and prepare to be amazed! :music
