I pulled out my two old wah pedals today and they do not play nice with my current set up. I have been using the MP SWAW when ever I need wah and it works really well except with certain fuzzes.
I loved my Teese Wheels Of Fire for the throat and mouth sounds, but I do not think it would cut in a mix. I saw a company called Wilson effects and they had a few that were really interesting. I actually really liked the demo I heard of their most basic wah, but they do have some crazy adjustable models that are much less than the Teese Wahs AND they have a fuzz friendly buffer.
Anything else I should look at? I use vintage style S, T and Jazzmaster type guitars that you see listed on the sides. I hate brittle highs, ice pick, etc so please no Morley recommendations.
Ah, I just remembered that Electro Harmonics has a revolutionary new wah coming out that has no moving parts! Premiere Guitar did a video, but I kinda got lost looking at Rebecca Dirks and I can't remember what it sounded like.
