Wow! Houses are great! I can't believe I am still in the first one I bought over 18 years later! I guess it helps when the Marriage thing works out. :tongue

Are you in SD or LA? We used to go out there and surf once or twice a year, but we have only been back once since my back troubles.

I am afraid the farthest west I will get this year is Snow Canyon, Utah (near St. George) to do a little camping and let the wife witness an Ironman as well as seeing her oldest brother and his family.

It is a great thing when "the Marriage" works out. Well done on your diligence and efforts!

I will be living near Riverside, CA (1 hour east of LA).

Hopefully a pedal-palooza of sorts can be arranged somewhere...

Cheers! Buying a house is awesome if you can swing it. Nice to be paying off your own mortgage rather than your landlord's.

Plus, you don't have to ask permission to frame out a music room in the basement! :)
