What does everyone use for true bypass switching?

What do you like?

The button on top of my pedals :)

I only have a single looper I'm considering using which I'll put all my od/distortion/fuzz through so i have a "clean/dirty" switch. It's an old mini "loooper"

But other than that one I just try to keep the board simple enough to avoid having to use a switcher. Considering an octaswitch though...
Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance.

I am in the same boat at the present time... I just have too many "top of my pedals" to deal with.

Such is life.

Cheers.

I have a 5 channel Loopmaster I picked up for $80 second hand. I LOVE it because I don't end up scratching my beautiful Donnerbox paint jobs. :D

I also use a Loopmaster I had custom made. It includes Master Bypass, Tuner Out, 6 Staggered Loops, and an ABY out for my 2 amp setups. I am satisfied down to the tiniest detail. I highly recommend going with Loopmaster. I will be going back for another creation at some point. Probably the same thing but with 12 or 14 Staggered Loops.

Sounds like you consider loopmaster switches to be completely transparent. Is that true?

Thanks, Justin!

Well, I do not believe anything is completely transparent. I will say it is the most transparent pedal rig I ever played through. I also have a T.C. Electronic G System that I occasionally use for comparison. Like practically every guitarist, I have tried simply plugging through a pedal chain but that never sounds as lively as plugging straight into the amp. The loopmaster is the most transparent solution I have found so far.

I also agree. I have been really happy with my Loopmaster. There are many different layouts for customization and ease of use. My only regret was not picking one up sooner.
