I'm going to be in Seattle for the next week and was wondering if there are any "must see" guitar shops that anyone would suggest. I know this may sound ???, but we are really limited in Hawaii so I like to check out shops when I am in other places.

Thanks!

One of the coolest must see guitar shop is Tommy's Guitar Shop. Only 30 minutes from downtown Seattle to Everett, WA.
A very scenic drive is worth the effort. Tommy sells several boutique pedal builder goods. Tell him I sent you and say hello.
Feel free to check out his website. www.tommysguitarshop.com

Have fun,
~Jimi

Thanks for the tip, I ended up going to emarald city guitars which has an outstanding collection of vintage amps and guitars. I am now in Wisconsin and my inlaws happen to live about 10 minutes away from a place called "Dave's Guitars" that is practically a guitar museum on it's own. The owner has a collection of 300 guitars and 50 amps that he keeps on the second floor of the store. They also have a terrific variety of different guitars, so I'm hoping to get a chance to play several side by side.

Who would have thought visiting the family could be so much fun :laughing7

Come by my new place - Leading Tone Music, 3404 NE 55th St, Seattle, WA 98105 206-523-TONE. Chances are pretty good I will have some cool guitars and pedals.

Also check out Tommy's in Everett, Emerald City Guitars, if you are into acoustic stuff check out Dusty Strings in Fremont
