REPORTS !!!!

I will. I've ben away from home and haven't really had a chance to try it that much. So får it sounds really good and workshopo fine with pedals evening though it wont be needed. The dirty sound is really nice. Haven't had a chance to crank it up. I will do that this weekend.

huckleboogie wrote:hey Nanook, what's the weight of the old school combo? i mean if the cab's bigger thats kinda cool soundwise, but i would be really interested in the weight before i pull the trigger. a 22 watt-grab-and-go-amp shouldnt be more than 40 lbs for me....
can You help me with this info? cant find it anywhere ....

cheers :D

Its suprisingly light for its size. I will check the weight when I get back home.

saw the pics of the OS21 at the Mad Professor facebook, and it sure looks SWEET. :love4 :love4 :love4

i really liked it at NAMM. and it's been tweaked to be even better since then. :joker

and i would love to use that amp for the glorious natural tube overdrive, and use me EFFECTS as EFFECTS -- i love all my dirt pedals, and they come in handy when using rented backline and such...but if you have an AMP that is YOURS and you have it dialed in right, clean to dirty with volume knob of guitar, maybe a touch of delay, a little phaser, a treble booster for solos....

then all you need is talent

Cranked it up last night. It's simply WOW. It's and awsome amp. I don't need my dirtpedals. I only used a Timmy, to boost solos, and a Deep Blue Delay. I'm missing the effect loop but I guess I can't get everything. The dirt in this amp is great. The clean sound is awesome. My pedals sounds great in the amp and it works really good with my fuzzes as well. The size and weight is really attractive.

Very cool to hear(and big surprise through Harri and Bobby's demos)--would love to try one. Was someone saying they thought it sounded reminiscent of a Gibson GA 40? I have and love that amp, but now my interest is peaked...dammit! :banghead

Hey, here's the Mad Professor smilie logo: :angel .... :music :sign_rockon
