am I the only one that ever wonders why I post on T#P?

I have to say that I really appreciate how people handle themselves like respectful adults on this forum. All too often I find just the opposite by members with 4000+ posts (guys who should know better) on another site and I ask myself, "why do I post on this site (the other site) when there are sooooo many people that seem to troll for posts to bash?" Oh well...

Hats off to Don and Bjorn for keeping such a dignified site.

Well yeah, Don does a great job keeping foreign intruders at bay :) When I first came here I really felt like i discovered a little BJFe family and I still feel that way. People are generally nice, and we all share a love for all concerned with Bjorn's work :)

haha! Yeah TGP is a fun place ..... to me its like Guitar Center, its fun to go there occaisionally just for the sheer volume and intensity of the circus...... but this place is like the store you go to when you actually want to play some above average pieces and enjoy the experience ..... glad you guys enjoy it too

Donner nailed it! Since my wife's laptop died about a month ago I haven't really been on TGP. I used to read it during breakfast. I stop around here a few times a week, and hit the UMGF now and then for information about Martins. But, I have so little time for playing I am using that little time to actually practice!

I really want to pick up a certain pedal in the B&S section here, but am going to sell off three guitars and a pedal or two (none made by :bjorn though! :pedallove ) to try and pick up a used D-18 Authentic. They are crazy expensive, but I played one for two hours yesterday and it made all but one of my acoustics seem like junk.
