thank you! i am working hard to make my demos better sounding, more informative, but still kinda lo-fi and down home, just gear guys having fun and playing gear.

i know....but i am such a gearhead, the guitar attracts me more than the beautiful guitar holder :mrgreen:

i have played thousands of strats in my life, that schecter is easily in the TOP TEN of all guitars i have ever played.

george paid $4000 for that guitar in the early 80s in germany. :shock:

it's REALLY REALLY good......and the guitar stand ain't too shabby either

Knopfler has always been in my top 5 influences and I still regularly listen to his recordings - still some of the best driving music ever......

I had a set of the Schecter Monstertone pickups in a beloved strat for a long time - I love the tapped pickups

yes!!!! i love the early dire straits stuff.....and that strat is just amazing. ask newarkwilder......he knows how crazy i am for that schecter strat of george's. it is one of the BEST maple neck strats i have ever played.....
