Kinger, welcome to BJF-land. I'll warn you, it's dangerous to your bank account.

Hey, I've got a set of your fellow countryman Rod McQueen's PUs in my favorite Strat. That dude's got the magic touch - only Strat pickups I've found that stand up to the Lollars in my other Strats. Man, do they make my old DR sing.

Cheers!

Definitely check him out. McQueen calls himself "Slider". He's got a Myspace page for Slider's Vintage Pickups, it's the only way to get in touch with him from here in the US. Seems a real nice guy, and his Strat PUs are amazing. He was profiled a while back in that Tonequest publication.

hi folks,
I'm Dave..been hanging around here for a while, sorry it took so long to introduce myself.
I'm from, and in NYC and have been in love with the guitar for over 20 years, i'm 34 now.
ptbarnum comes from my first ever forum experience over at the d.u.c (protools forum).
i thought it was clever...'pt' for pro tools, and then the circus aspect just sweetened it all the more.
bj's pedals are inspiring, and i'm happy to have learned of them (my wallet, however, is exhausted  ).
cheers!

well...Johnson is my last name...and while in my youth people would make fun of the Phalic-ness of my name (kids can be so cruel  ), it has evolved to become a source of pride!
