i encourage everyone to do a little excercise:

write a GRATITUDE LIST...on PAPER.

write down all the things you are greatful for this year, even in the midst of all this crazy stuff that is going on.

a GRATITUDE LIST is more powerful than you think.

and to PHYSICALLY DO IT on paper impresses it upon your unconscious.

so, without getting too metaphysical, just trust me, take a few moments, and WRITE DOWN your GRATITUDE LIST.
