Sorry no pics here,, but that reminds me of Fractal Cosmos, the art of mathmatical design type of stuff,,based around the Mandelbrot Julia Set of Fractal Equations.(every math equation has a fractal pattern). hmm wonder what equation that guitar equals?
Very cool stuff ,, I wouldnt have thought to see it on a guitar. 8)
neat link btw!

That is completely and utterly bad ass. I've wanted a graphics guitar since I was a kid.

(Hi to everyone, btw ... I know I haven't been around a long time. I have relocated to take a new job, and I don't currently have internet access where I'm staying. I'll be back more regularly in the future....)

:D

Awhile back, there was a post on TGP from a guy that was inquiring about unusual guitar graphics, & one of the replies was a suggestion to use fractal art for something different. I didn't really know what fractals were, so I posted an inquiry about them. He sent me a few links, & then I googled it, & basically got lost in fractals for a couple of days! I think they are fascinating, & found many cool sites, some even have animated fractals that move & morph in real time, some of which have software imbedded in them that composes digital "fractal music" based on what the animated fractal is doing. The images & music are very strange, but so cool! Definitely not of this earth, very spacey & trippy... Which is a good thing!

Anyways Donner, I think your Tele with the fractal graphic is stunning! Love the colors used & how it blends onto the pickguard. IMHO, it would be really tough to top that graphic. Maybe another fractal might be it's equal...

How was it put on the Tele body? Hand painted? Or maybe some kind of printed contact paper like the paisley Teles? I'm very curious how it was applied. I just might have to get me a fractal body!

BTW, I think pedal enclosures with fractal art on them would also be the shizz, & as far as I know, no one else is doing it... (hint, hint)

Wow, thats a Beauty cobra !

Yup Im thinking of doing a batch that way -- like doing one pic spread over a number of boxes. each person would have a piece and since they are geometric they would look cool by themselves too....... or maybe a few choice photos ???

now if I can just find a way to program music on them,,, hmmmmmmm
