BJFE Purple Humper. Description from Bjorn, "Short on history of this model is that it was first made for a guy who wanted to have a preamp / mid booster that would make his strat compete with his ES335's and in most of his strats did have some midbooster built in but wanted something in a pedal that could go with vintage instruments."

This pedal is in almost new condition. No velcro ever and original box.

$600 + shipping and paypal. Will ship to CONUS only. NOT interested in trades. Please email scottcw1965 a t yahoo d o t com

This looks like the same run mine is from. If you use single coils you must own one of these. I can hit the BB King tone with my Strats and Tele and unlike the earlier runs that needed 18 Volts to work best this run has a different part in the circuit and works great at 9 or 12 Volts, so you do not need to use up two ports of your power supply. It might be one of my most used pedals as it sounds just as good into a clean or driven amp as it does into a dirt pedal.

This one has nice color. Mine looks more like a MP Sky Blue OD and it hasn't even been in the Sun yet.

Superb pedal for single coils. Definitely alters your sound to something new.

Dang, maybe I should keep it... Just not getting enough use to justify.

I just sprung for an EGDM, which I am beyond thrilled about. It will probably be my main distortion. But from what I hear of the PH it would be so nice for my strat. Always be sure when selling the more hard-to-come-by gear. Especially at the prices they command lately. Ahh but who cares about $ when great tone is ever lasting!!

PGC>PH>EGDM>SBEQ. :notworthy :drooling :pedallove

You can sub the MR or the Honey Beeatch in for the EGDM with killer results.

Do you know what year this PH was made?

I got my Victoria 20112 back from the shop after having all the tube retainers tightened up. It sounds so different! I actually like it again. I had it on 7 and the LsL Tele going in and stepped on the PH. :drooling :love4 :pedallove
