Looking for... Dyna Red and Honey Bee

Postby rockeroo » Wed Mar 07, 2012 3:18 am

Hey guys,

I am interested in buying a low production # Dyna Red and Honey Bee. I am hoping to find them below SN# 100. If you are interested in selling or trading, please contact me via pm. I would be a very happy camper if I could find these to play along with and enjoy.

Cheers!

Sorry, I have neither, but it is interesting how few DRDs have been for sale lately. EGDMs were getting rare until a few sold for over $550 and then there were a few bandwagoniers.

I am interested in an older, darker honey bee (pre-100). Any takers?

You know I need to do the same, I always liked the Honey Bee's that sounded darker too! I love mine but with certain amps it would be better to have a darker one. I don't know why the HB changed? I heard Bjorn just "tuned" them different after a while. I wonder if he could make a darker one again or adjust mine but doubt it because of circuit goop inside...
So I'd have to get one of the early first 100 made to have it darker...it will be tough.
Congrats on your find!!
