WTB EGDM and SBEQ

Postby cbfurg » Sat Feb 04, 2012 5:04 am

Mainly interested in an EGDM but would also like a SBEQ at the right price. I know there is an Emerald Green on TGP for $600 but thats a bit high I'm thinking...

Thanks!

There have been so few EGDMs around that I don't think they will be going for $350 anymore, but I haven't seen any finished sales at $600 yet. It took me two years to realize it was my favorite pedal when it was the only pedal that had not moved from my board from the day I got it. I was going to sell mine to help fund another purchase, but I am afraid I won't be able to buy another for a reasonable price. There was also the rumor (unsubstantiated) that Bjorn is running out of parts to make the EGDM, but I don't know how widespread the rumor is and if it has anything to do with the recent shortage of EGDMs for sale.

So what is a fair price to pay for an EGDM?

From the thread, sounds like between 350 and 600. If you can for 450, you've done well.

I have noticed the shortage but I think its just a cycle thing. As far as fair price, I'm thinking anywhere between 450 and 550 depending on condition etc. I'm willing to spend money, I'm just not willing to spend the more than $550... I also have a HBOD in decent shape or an Analogman KOT v4 in excellent shape to sweeten the deal if need be!
