Happy hunting and the best of luck (no sarcasm intended). That might be the single most difficult to locate pedal on the market. At the moment, there's a 9 month wait just to get on the waiting list which then means about 2 years or more. I suspect it's going to take more than WTB ads to find someone willing to sell. In the meanwhile, that PFX 80 is a terrific similar spirited delay and extremely rare to boot.

I am still the #1 fan of the Deluxe Memory Man with Tap Tempo. I personally feel it is the best delay out there in terms of sound.

Different tone than an old DMM or just the addition of tap tempo?

Not so much hiss as the older ones. Longer delay times (up to 1 second analog), and clear but extremely warm tone.

You may want to get a Boss DD-2 and have a high-cut modification installed. That would do a great job of holding you over. I've used both the Boss and a Providence as backups to my TES and they are work well. Good luck.
