I got it the other day, it's number 25 and has a brightness trimpot, as well as a socket, and both chips included (plus a cool little note from Bjorn describing the trimpot).
It sounds different than my MP version...it's woodier, and a little saggier, and it has less gain. Also, the body knob has a less even taper to it. The MP version has a tighter sound, and is more hi-fi, and refined. I'd be happy with either, but, I'm very glad to have the new(old) one as it definitely has a character to itself. Almost sounds like an aged LGW..in a very pleasing way.
