Thanks for all of the input. It should arrive later this week. I'm heading out of town for 3 weeks shortly after, so I'm not really going to get to play with it till July... Once I get a better idea of the pedal, I'll try posting something on youtube for others who have been extremely curious about this. The one I ordered is #20 mint green... I'm curious to see how it compares to a very cool univibe clone I have (effectrode tube vibe).

sonictroubadour wrote: The other notable thing about the MGMV, IMHO, is that it has/adds this subtle distortion or filtered sound (it's hard to describe the sound of the effect, but, those of you who have one, know what I mean!) to your signal; something that traditional vibe units don't have. Like all of BJ's efforts, it is a unique take on a classic effect, not a "clone", which I'd guess is why we're all so infatuated with BJFEs in the first place.

Never thought that a Vibe could do that! Yeah BJ is not only one of the nicest guys you're ever likely to meet but also a true master of his craft. I doubt i'll ever outgrow his pedals.
