This is my first post so hope I'm asking this on the correct thread. I noticed that the SWF that is currently on eBay has a "Nature" knob. On other sites I've seen a SWF with a "Tone" knob instead in the same place on the pedal. Could someone tell me what the difference is and also, which came first..."Tone" or "Nature". Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I enquired about this same thing a while back and Bjorn told me that it was merely a "typo" that it is a "Tone" control and operates the same as the others that have "Tone" written on them. There's, apparently, 3 or 4 such mislabeled SWFs out there. I hope that clears things up/helps.

Personally, I'd love to try the SWF, but my finances don't permit such a luxury at the moment. Perhaps, the owner wants to trade me, straight up, for my MRD?!?

A: Thanks for your question. My usage of the term "minty" refers to the condition of the pedal itself as being in almost perfect condition. Maybe fuzz pedals sound minty to some, to me not so much. It may smell minty to u though if you suffer from dysosmia, also known as olfactory dysfunction.

Interesting idea. If I ever sell on ebay again I think I'll use my GF's email to ask myself questions like "shouldn't you have set a higher starting price, considering how rare and valuable this item is?"

I'm happy to part with it for 750, but my high starting price of 900.00 (which is approximately what 2 of them sold for recently) probably brought out the clowns. Oh well.
