hmmm yeah that would be a good combo - the tubbies round off t he glassy high end of the 6l6s just a bit , really good if your running distortion pedals too

Soldano Reverb-o-Sonic, currently running 6L6 output tubes, but I may switch this to some nice NOS KT66 I have stashed away for a rainy day.

or a Marshall 2204 JCM800 50 watt head with a 1936 model 2x12 cab loaded with Celestion greenbacks.

or whatever backline gets supplied, depending on the gig. usually a twin of some flavor, or a hotrod deville...ugh.
