Teahead,

Thanks for the information. Looks like that new Flatliner will be available later this month. I've dealt with Brad before and he is always awesome as well. Looking forward to hearing my pedals at the increased voltages.

Thanks again for the info !!

Be sure to let us know how it works out! 8)

I can't overstate how cool the Burkey guys are, I contacted them to see if there was any hope of my powering a Timefactor from the Flatliner and they are making an AC/DC rectifier to use on the 1000mA output.

This is in the early stages of testing and my Timefactor will be the guinea pig, but it's so cool that they will respond to such requests and even send a unit for trial and approval.

+1, the guys at Burkey are real helpful.
the made me a bunch of odd custom cables that I couldnt find anywhere, they also walked me thru modding the Flatliner so I could use it with a Moog delay, and lets just say I have no small elec skills but it was easy and turned out just fine.
the new flatliner does look like a great improvement over the old version.

sorta the same idea but has anyone here tried those godlyke power pumps to increase voltage for one effect from 9,12,18 and 24? I just got a few but have not had time to really test them out. seems like a great idea if no noise is carried thru.

its worked great with SWF and SBEQ,,no noise no issues.
however when I used it with the 2SMVibe,,it gave a very apparent and constant 'ghost' throb which could be heard wheher the pedal was on or off. :(
havent had time to try with the pumps with everything,,,but it possible that it may not work for all types of effects.

just thought Id give an update,,,,
Im really starting to worry about the power pumps,,,the one I used with the SBEQ developed a noticeable high pitch noise problem.
at this point I really would Not recommend these unless you like to gamble.
