Have you created a profile yet? I think that's the trick. After that, it is pretty smooth. If you still can't get it to work, you can email them and they will help you out. I had to do that once when I forgot my user name/password. Best of luck!

Site keeps rejecting my choices for username and password as "not secure" but not telling me why. :(
