There's no sonic overlap whatsoever to my ears, only the feel and response is HB like.

Snow White Fuzz hits the board.

The Snow White Fuzz....

I really like it but the truth is I've never really been much of a fuzz user live-more of an amp clipping a bit, low gain OD>clean boost sort of guy. Nevertheless I have wanted to move out of the safe zone and change things up a bit so after much experimentation my SWF has hit the board for two gigs this week.

I know the conventional wisdom puts fuzz first in the chain for best clean up but I'm actually liking the bit of edge Timmy adds into the SWF. The SWF is basically getting used as a creamy fuzzy lead tone as an alternative to the fat but relatively uncompressed Timmy>Klon sound.

Realfi,
I always keep a fuzz after my overdrive and distortion pedals (I use a Klon, too). Sometimes I'll throw a second fuzz at the very beginning of my chain, too, but there is always one after my od section.

when I first got the SWF I played it and thought it was acting funny at low volume. I thought it sounded good cranked and assumed it was just some sort of minor damage to the pedal after traveling from Sweden. So Bjorn said send it back and he would fix it. Well I just got it in the mail today. It arrived packaged just in the box no peanuts or packaging besides the original box and the small strip of bubble tape on top. (does that really help ) Well I was a little worried but it works and looks great. It sounds so much better than the pedal that I returned at all volume levels. I was only able to play for about fifteen minutes but I love it. I played a Yammaha SG>HB>LGW>SWF>MODEL H>Tweed Deluxe. I quickly ran thru a combination of pedals. I kind of thought the model H sounded like the SWF at certain setting just a little less bite. And LGW into SWF oh yeah. I only played for a short time but I'll give more feedback soon. I really want to thank Bjorn and Donner for all their help in getting it to me. :P
