Wim-well good to hear it can be updated,,I think it would be well worth it.
The powersuck when engaged does take re-tuning some things on the front panel to create an equal sound as before. I wish I had a nice 2x12 cab,,then I would probably leave always leave on Arena. Sometimes the 4x12 on Arena mode will cause people to fall over.
It doesnt really bother me to use club mode if needed. It seems to be a bit different that attenuators,,,and from what I had read was different in application as well. (one amp where it has been helpful to read the manual to see how all the controls interact.)

Incinerator put it well with the 'Feel" of the amp. Because of its versitlility,,it would be hard to define the amp as having one particular 'tone' as we know most amps to have. You can make this amp sound pretty much like anything you desire, it will do harmonically rich power distortion with great dynamics that must be experienced . makes my eyes roll back in my head everytime I hear it. :D

I wasnt sure if this was question in general or for Wim,,figured I would include anyway,,,OD's I use most and always seem to come back to with MPamp are BBOD and HB. Although the SYOD continues to grow on me. I use both goinig into the abnormal channel, pretty much with amp settings I had listed in the above post. Pedal settings are:
BBOD V-10 T-11 D-2
HB V-10 N-11 D-11
