What if we had an area where people could report the prices they buy/sell BJFs for. I think it would be interesting to track the trends, and also have somewhere for people to be able to benchmark to know if they are paying too much or getting a decent deal. Thoughts anybody?

Not sure about a forum, but a thread might suffice. Donner could always sticky it, if there's enough demand and he deems it appropriate?

Hi,
You might want that in the trade section or can just start a thread in the general discussion.
Be happy

I think this would make for an interesting and useful stickied thread in the Buy-Sell-Trade section. It'd be pretty helpful to both buyers and sellers.

hmmm Ive been considering folding the Pedalstackers section into the Pedal Profiles as thats info you would want when researching a particular model...
I wonder if a used price history would be appropriate there also ???
And each sale is unique to some degree.... but I guess we could track them ....
I originally put this forum together to facilitate some research and so people could add thier own stuff like the Registry and Profiles....thoughts ??

My vote would be to keep the padalstackers seperate.
Some weirdos like to stack (cough) other pedals into Bjfe's and the profiles page is just Bjfe.
I'd get into an awful Tizzy resulting no doubt in tears , brain rot and disfunction.
Just a thought,
Mop

I think both of these sit well under the Pedal Profiles heading - a nice obvious place for newcomers to look for information. It makes sense to me for people to be able to find sound samples, used prices to reference, descriptions and a guide to stacking BJFE's all in the same section.

yeah I can see that side -- but also it might be nice to read the profile and find out that other pedals you have have already been successfully 'mated' .....hmmmmmm

I agree. I like to see some other pedals that people have stacked with the BJFE line. I owned several from other sources before I learned about BJ's stuff and I still have some of them although not nearly as many. Some stack quite well and the Pedal Profiles could house all the above information...
